This is a unique small 16 inch baton. This baton features an all black non glare coated steel shaft which extends out to 16 inch. When close this baton has a length of 6.5 inch with that being the handle. The handle carries a strong rubber wrapping with diamond grips which wraps around the metal handle shaft.
